Kahua Bee at Van Rentals Hawaii was excellent to work with! The van worked great and was exactly what we had hoped for and more. The price was wonderful and their service was excellent. It was so convenient to have the van waiting for us at the airport and the drop off at the airport was equally easy. We will definitely use them again next time we go to Hawaii. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

We recently had a staycation on Oahu for our group of 10, 10 adults to be exact and To find a van to accommodate our group size was extremely challenging. All rental companies here although they advertise for passenger vans only rent out the vans. Van Rentals Hawaii is different, they truly mean business when they say they have 12-15 passenger vans.

Wow. I could not recommend this enough. We originally started our 10 day Oahu trip with “OH WE WILL JUST RIDE THE BUS… or UBER/LYFT.” With a party of 13 it was literally $200 just to get to our hotel 15 mins away. 👀 We quickly changed our minds. We searched and searched, nobody was calling us back. Finally my husband found this one! Pricing is VERY reasonable and the process was so easy!! He dropped the van off to us, and even picked it up!! The van was perfect for us and very comfortable!!

This is by far the best van rental company I have ever worked with. The customer service was amazing. We were picked up immediately upon landing and taken to the very nice clean van. We lost our keys and they delivered a new set within hours. When we left, we texted that we were on our way to the airport, when we arrived, they were waiting at the airport to take the van, no paperwork, no ridiculous line, no parking, we just unloaded our luggage at the departure doors and the very nice lady wished us safe travels and took the van. They didn’t even invoice us until the stay was over. This company is focused on the customer and not on themselves, they set the standard for Van rentals.
